What the programme is
An individualised developmental curriculum
Teaching is built around each child's developmental goals, functional academics, communication and independent living skills, with therapy integrated into the school day. Classes are limited to ten children with one teacher and one support staff member.
The programme is not affiliated to a school board and does not prepare children for board examinations. It is designed for children whose needs are better met by an individualised developmental curriculum. We will discuss your child's long-term educational pathway with you during admission.
Admission
How admission works
Developmental assessment
Every admission begins with our standard assessment, so teaching starts from an understanding of the child.
Understanding your child's needs
The multidisciplinary panel discusses the assessment and the educational plan arises from it.
An individual plan
Because every child's needs are unique, the curriculum, therapy integration and goals are customised for each child.
